Leading a team of 5 you must have a good customer service background, ideally in high end goods Skills, Knowledge and Experience:- * Ability to lead and supervise teams and work under tight deadlines. * Politeness, confidence, tact, patience and diplomacy when dealing with complex problems. * Positive listening and communication skills with the ability to create an excellent rapport with internal and external customers. * Confident, strong negotiating skills. * Flexibility, good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise. *Good Word and Excel knowledge.
